Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please send the goods sufficiently prepaid to the return address provided. Shipments sent freight collect or unpaid will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have received is the fastest way to obtain the item you want. Once the return has been accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
