Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but will become available at a later date. In some cases, we may not charge your payment method immediately or may only charge a partial amount at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later time.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled; however, you may request a full or partial refund.
